Shipping and returns

Exchanges for other items or sizes must be made within 14 days. As a customer, you have two weeks from the date you receive the item to make a return, in accordance with the Distance and Home Insurance Act (2005:59). Returned items must be unused, with tags still attached, and in their original packaging for the return to be accepted. Items that are used, dirty, or damaged may be rejected and returned to the customer.

How much is shipping? In your cart, you can calculate the shipping cost by clicking on "Estimate Shipping" and entering your information. The shipping cost will be displayed once you enter your details.

What is the status of my order? To check the status of your order, please refer to the tracking ID provided in your shipping confirmation email.

This tracking ID will allow you to follow the most current status of your shipment. Additionally, if your purchase includes a pre order item, we recommend reviewing the item description in your order confirmation email.
